A man with 20 years sales, marketing and distribution experience encompassing Australasia’s major industrial sectors, Tony Brooks, has been appointed National sales and marketing manager for precision high-force tools specialist Enerpac .

Tony Brooks will lead a team of Enerpac territory managers in Australia and New Zealand, expanding Enerpac’s market leadership in its fields of high pressure, 700 bar, hydraulic expertise while introducing new generation safety-oriented, energy saving and labour-saving technologies, including lifting, pumping, fastening and maintenance tools.

“Tony Brooks brings to this key position a broad base of management and marketing skills gained with companies that are well established in their fields,” says Anders Mangen, business unit manager of the Australasian operations of Enerpac.

“Enerpac’s clients will benefit greatly from his extensive knowledge and understanding of major industrial sectors, including automotive, construction, food and beverage, infrastructure, manufacturing, mining, resources, public sector and water.”

Tony Brooks has held State and National roles involving responsibility for and leadership of key sales and marketing objectives, such as customer service and partnerships, expanding business relationships by growing mutual benefits, supporting distributor networks, strengthening brand development and launching major products.

“These attributes will be vitally important to Enerpac over the years ahead because Tony Brooks’ appointment comes at a time of unprecedented expansion by Anders Mangen, which has more than doubled its size over the past five years,” says Anders Mangen.

“Building on 50 years of high-force hydraulic leadership in Australasia, Enerpac is expanding its brand and reputation into many new areas, including professional bolting technologies and advanced pumping and lifting technologies. Tony Brooks’ responsibilities complement those of our National bolting manager, Pat Molloy, and will further support the company’s Australasian distribution network.”

Tony Brooks’ responsibilities include new generation pumping, lifting, maintenance and fastening systems outlined in Enerpac’s E325a catalogue, which brings to Australasia Enerpac’s wide range of hydraulic and high-force tool technologies.
