A global specialist in high-force tools and bolting technologies, Actuant Corporation, has appointed a new Western Australian territory manager to head its extensive Enerpac operations in that State.
Andrew Marsh brings to the position more than 15 years experience in service, sales and distributor support in companies serving key areas of Enerpac business, including mining and resources, manufacturing, infrastructure, engineering, energy, construction, automotive and industrial hydraulics.
"Andrew Marsh has demonstrated excellent experience in major established fields of our operation and has shown strong abilities to support distributors and customers throughout Western Australia. This service and support focus will be particularly important to us in building on Enerpac's record of more than 30 years success in supply hydraulic equipment throughout the State - and as we further expand our bolting technologies and expertise," said the Australian business unit manager of the Australasian operations of the Actuant Corporation, Anders Mangen.
Mr Marsh, 34, will draw on his on-site experience encompassing the major centres, sites and projects of Western Australia to provide a direct link to the local expertise and international technologies and expertise available through Enerpac.
These resources include access to the Australasian and worldwide knowledge of more than 500 skilled staff involved in bolting technologies and solutions, for example. Enerpac also has direct involvement in some of the world's largest infrastructure projects, such as the recent completion of the world's highest viaduct in France and major harbour, tunneling, lifting and sub-sea positioning and fastening operations.
