Enerpac and Metso hold efficiency and safety conference

A team from Enerpac (A Division of Actuant Corp) met up with the engineering staff at Metso Mining and Construction to discuss the latest advances in professional bolting, lifting and high efficiency, high safety, industrial tooling.

Metso is a leading global process performance provider with customers in the mining, construction and oil & gas industries around the world.

Enerpac National Sales Manager Darryl Lange, who led the Enerpac team, observed that Metso is always focused on bringing innovation to its customers and is constantly seeking the best technologies to incorporate into its equipment and processes. The Enerpac team included the company’s National Bolting Manager - Mr Pat Molloy, Mining Manager - Mr Warren Baltineshter, Manager Integrated Solutions - Mr Richard Verhoeff and Mr Ron Barter - General Manager of long-established Enerpac distributor Stenline Fluid Power Pty Ltd.

The team presented updates on innovations ranging from the company’s new XC cordless electric pumps and non-impact professional bolting technologies, through to the new generation of Enerpac EVO synchronous lifting systems that can be used to lift entire structures, plant or machinery weighing thousands of tons.

Metso Mining and Construction was represented at the meeting by John Aran - Grinding Product Manager, Ian Dreverman, Product Support - Grinding, Benjamin Kot, Product Support Engineer - Grinding, Bipin Panchal, Project Manager, Sam Peters, Proposals Engineer - Grinding, Design Engineer Luciano De Oliveira and Franklin Antony - Engineered Spares Co-ordinator.
