Endess+Hauser has pioneered an In Head Foundation Fieldbus based Temperature Controller and Transmitter with Two Input Channels.

The new iTemp TMT85 offers universal input capabilities, including RTD’s, thermocouples or voltage and is suitable for use with 2 Wire, 3 Wire and 4 Wire sensor technology.  

Functions of the iTemp TMT85

  • Temperature head transmitter with 2 input channels and Foundation Fieldbus protocol for the conversion of different input signals into digital output signals

  • Maximum versatility, clever sensor diagnostics, ability to monitor open circuit, cable corrosion, wiring errors and device hardware errors

  • The instrument automatically detects the type of sensors connected for self configuration
  • Termination of cables is available in traditional screwed format or new sprung terminals for quick and easy connection and release
