Thermoforming machinery
EMRICH Industries is distributing Veripack's thermoforming machinery in Australia.
Veripack's thermoforming and vacuum packaging range is most suited to fresh pasta, fresh meat, fish, cheese, confectionery, smallgoods, and non-food items including spare parts and medical equipment.
The machines offer flexibility in reel capacity, the choice of compressed air or vacuum forming depending on the rigidity of film used, and manual or automatic loading. They feature perimetric or full-seal sealing with several options available, cross-cutting with rotating blades, excess trim removal, and knurling for easy opening and punching options. The systems are controlled via a programmable PLC, capable of storing up to 99 programs. This allows user to define all parameters to cycle including times, temperatures, drive pitch, and speed.
Options for the machines include gas injection, VSP, date printer, gas mixer, transfer printer, labelling machine, weighing and filling units, and the ability to interface with other units in the production line.
All Veripack machines are manufactured in stainless steel and anodised aluminium to guarantee hygiene and long life and are designed to make cleaning and maintenance simple.
