Karr 24 is a filling and closing machine to denest, fill and close, by means of sealed lids and/or caps, plastic cups or tubs of different dimensions and shape.
Main technical characteristics:
* Frame in stainless steel AISI 304 with radial angles.
* Rotary table in Anticorodal aluminium or Stainless Steel AISI 304 is available with single or double filling rows.
* The stations for denesting, filling, lid sealing, cap application and cap closing are adjustable to suit the single or double rows.
* Possibility of dosing granular, dense, liquid, semi-liquid products. Possibility of dosing different products into the same container.
* Speed up to 20 cycles/min or up to 40 containers/min in the double row configuration.
* Simple and quick format changeover: the tubs support rings in the disk are interchangeable without using any tool. The denesting, filling, lid sealing and cap application systems are adjustable for different formats.
* Cantilevered discharge conveyor. The belt can be extracted sideways without using any tool.
* Touch Screen MMI.
