  • Bandwidth ranging from 25MHz to 12GHz
  • Sampling rates from 50MS/s to 5TS/s
  • Resolution from 8 bit to 16 bit
  • Voltage input data loggers with USB, parallel or RS232 interface
  • Temperature loggers - for PT100 and thermocouples
  • Humidity loggers
