Emona Instruments has announced that it will launch a new range of Trotec IC120LV thermal imaging cameras at National Manufacturing Week 2011.
Providing a wide temperature range of up to 1,500ºC and thermographic video streaming, these new thermal cameras are well suited for production line inspection and condition monitoring applications.
They also feature a high 384 x 288 resolution array and DuoVision picture-in-picture display of real time images.
Due to their ability to stream thermographic video images, these cameras also offer an affordable solution for real time streaming of this content to a PC.
This allows manufacturers to stream a thermographic video image in real time to PC and set Pass/Fail limits for product inspection as they come off the production line.
Alternatively, maintenance managers can stream thermographic video images while machines are running to carry out real time machine condition monitoring over an extended time period.
In addition to the new Trotec thermal imaging cameras, Emona will also be displaying the ProTag Optima testing and tagging system at National Manufacturing Week.
Utilising the latest handheld instrument technology, these testing and tagging systems allow users to test portable appliances and RCDs, and print test tags.
They weigh only around 2kg, with wireless communication technology eliminating the need for connection cables between the appliance tester, test tag printer and bar code scanner.
Along with these new developments, Emona will also showcase a wide selection of electronic test and measuring instruments from their product range, including:
- power supplies
- RF test equipment covering spectrum analysers; and
- mains energy and power instrumentation covering energy analysers.
