The drying oven from Emjay Process Systems exposes the product to heated circulating air in order to promote rapid evaporation of moisture. The temperature and time cycle depends on the product material, thickness and ability to drain. A large volume of heated air is distributed through the internal ductwork so as to provide uniform heat in the oven. The oven enclosure involves insulated construction and air seals openings at the entry and exit minimize the heat loss from the oven. A cool down area is required for the oven to obtain suitable parts temperature prior to coating.
Emjay Process Systems uses variety of coating in the paint system and can also be applied in different ways. The booth is castor mounted that allow off-line cleaning. A second booth, previously cleansed, could be positioned on-line in a few minutes that require minimal time in order to complete the colour change with the cleaning of the spray guns and recovery cyclone.
The cure oven offered by Emjay Process Systems is designed in order to treat the applied coating on the product surface within the specific time and air temperature in the oven heat zone. The overhead conveyors of Emjay Process Systems are designed in order to position as well as to carry product through each item of equipment that comprises the system.
