This debut of COM-945 not only completes the product line of AAEON’s COM Express CPU Module series, but also reveals the pioneered technology that adopts Intel 945GM platform on the COM Express Module.

COM-945 adopts Intel Core 2 Duo, Core Duo or Core Solo or Celeron M processors and system memory supports DDR II 400/533/667 up to 1GB. Both parallel and serial ATA interfaces are featured, giving the user flexibility in storage choices. In addition, versatile expansion interfaces allow system manufacturers to expand their embedded systems without having to worry about purchasing other devices to build up necessary functions.

For example, PCI-Expressx16], PCI-Express[x1], 32-bit PCI and LPC Bus. AAEON's COM-945 supports CRT/LCD, CRT/TV, LCD/TV simultaneous/ Dual independent display. The LCD interface also supports up to 18/36-bit dual channel LVDS TFT panels that bring high quality and performance in display support.
