Electrolube Australasia , one of the leading manufacturers of electro-chemicals worldwide will be exhibiting its extensive portfolio including the newest green product, the non-VOC conformal coating range at the Electronex Expo.
The Electronex electronics design and assembly expo is being held in Sydney, Australia on 8 and 9 September, 2010.
To help reduce VOC emissions from processes in electronics manufacturing, Electrolube has developed NVOC, the market’s first solvent and VOC-free conformal coating to provide the performance and user-friendliness of a solvent-based coating without VOCs.
Since their introduction, the non-VOC range has become one of Electrolube’s best selling ranges and this trend is now being seen in Australia.
Chris Hall, Key Account Manager explains: “Electronex will give us the opportunity to introduce the non-VOC range to an even wider audience. Having already exhibited this year in Sydney at the National Manufacturing Week and seen the interest in the new product range from visitors, we are expecting enquiries to be just as high.
“Many companies are becoming increasingly aware of the environmental effects of high VOC containing products and Electrolube's new non-VOC range will help to put industries on the path to a greener future.”
Electrolube will also exhibit the low foam micro-emulsion cleaner, Safewash Total and the ultra-low viscosity, flame retardant epoxy resin, ER2218.
Safewash Total (SWAT), the newest product in the Safewash range is one of the most effective aqueous cleaning products available. It is a specially formulated blend of non-flammable solvents, which form a micro-emulsion when mixed with water.
Designed for cleaning printed circuit boards (PCB), it is ideal for the removal of leaded, lead-free and no-clean flux residues. The cleaner is also suitable for the removal of pastes and adhesives from screens, stencils, boards and accessories as well as general degreasing applications.
ER2218 is a two-part encapsulation compound designed to meet the highest level of flame retardancy and adhesion to a wide variety of substrates whilst exhibiting excellent resistance to water and a number of different chemicals to provide superior protection in a range of environments.
Electrolube Australia also imports and distributes the Hakko soldering range of products for sale in Australia and New Zealand.
All of Electrolube and Hakko’s latest products will be on display at Electronex in Sydney, Australia at Stand D15. Technical experts will be available from Electrolube to discuss the benefits of the products and answer any questions.
