Conveyor Belt Cleaner and Scraper comprises a robust fabricated steel or stainless steel mainframe and track assembly, into which slide massive polyurethane cleaning blades.

Conveyor Belt Cleaner and Scraper blades are designed to withstand wear from high speed belts and abrasive materials whilst protecting the valuable belt surface. The attack angle of the XHD blade, combined with polyurethane’s ability to conform to the belt surface means that the adhering material is efficiently peeled from the belt.
The Martin XHD® Primary
Conveyor Belt Cleaner and Scraper is designed to be quickly and easily serviced from outside the chute enclosure. Tensioning adjustments are straightforward, and blade replacement is simply a matter of sliding out the old and sliding in the new.
The New KeySafe® Blade design is a patented designed that allows Blade removal and replacement from the Martin XHD Primary
Conveyor Belt Cleaner and Scraper to be safer and faster. We reduce hazards to personnel by eliminating climbing and/or reaching into confined spaces and heavy lifting to change out blades.
