A suitable addition to ESS 2000 is the Apron seal. The heavy-duty Apron seal combines the features of a primary and secondary seal in a single device for use in heavy equipment.

ESS Engineering Services and Supplies’ belt alignment systems include the ESS Belt Tracker, which is a belt tracking system that positions a steering idler to correct the path of the belt, utilising the force of the moving belt. The belt tracking system incorporates a multiple-pivot, torque-multiplying system to enhance tracking correction by providing mechanical advantage. As a result, the mistracked motion is fed to the steering idler through a parallel linkage, in a motion that needs very less force to initiate and turn the belt.
This training device uses guide rollers that are set very close (6mm) to the belt. Because the rollers are set at the edge of the belt, it can sense smaller movements of the belt and make corrections after very slight misalignments. Rather than waiting for a powerful mistracking force, the multi-pivot belt training device adjusts constantly, reacting to small mistracking forces, providing continuous, precise corrections of the steering roller.
