Manufactured by Vaisala and available locally from ESIS , HMP60 humidity and temperature probes are simple, durable and cost effective instruments suitable for a range of applications.
With an IP65 classified aluminium body, these humidity and temperature probes are designed for use in extreme conditions. The probe itself has a sealed structure, and the sensor is protected by a membrane filter and plastic grid, or optionally by a stainless steel filter.
They feature two configurable voltage outputs, with relative humidity, temperature or dew point scaling. Four voltage output ranges are available.
Applications where HMP60 humidity and temperature probes can be used include in:
- volume applications
- integration into other manufacturers' equipment
- glove boxes
- fermentation chambers; and
- data loggers.
The probe cable on these instruments features a screw-on quick connector for easy installation. Different cable lengths are available, and other compatible M8 series cables can also be used.
The Vaisala INTERCAP sensors utilised by these probes are interchangeable, with no calibration required to quickly and easily replace the sensor in the field.
HMP60 humidity and temperature probes also feature:
- low power consumption
- measurement range: 0 ... 100 %RH; -40 ... +60°C
- cable detachable with standard M8 connector
- rugged metal housing
- interchangeable Vaisala INTERCAP Sensor; and
- optional RS485 digital output, optional dew point output.
