Very easy, quick connection.

ERNI has introduced new cage clamp connection options for its ProfiBus and CanBus series field bus connectors.

The connector contains a latching spring clip, which makes for very easy, quick connection - open the clip, insert the wire or stranded core, and close the clip.

The wide range of cross sections from 0.14mm² to 0.5mm² gives the user every freedom in the choice of cable to use.

The comprehensive portfolio includes types with switches (switch-in matching resistor) for cost-conscious users and versions with simple nodes and connections for reliable use in field-bus systems.

Versions with horizontal (0º or 180º) or vertical cable outlets are available. Slim-line versions in metal housings, or an additional programming interface, can also be provided.
