The high power-to-volume ratio and the advantages of electronic commutation make the new brushless DC-Servomotor series 2057 ... B, available from Erntec , an absolute power-pack in this frame size.
The motor is fitted with a high-energy rare earth magnet which results in a responsive mechanical time constant of 8ms. The FAULHABER skew winding in combination with the laminated stator provides good heat dissipation and high overload capability.
The brushless DC-Servomotor series features:
- Outside diameter of 20mm and motor length of 57mm
- Continuous output power of 62 Watt
- Over 16mNm continuous torque rating
- Speed up to 52’000rpm
- Standard operating temperature range -30°C to +125°C
Integrated digital or linear Hall sensors provide feedback to control electronics which allow true servo-motion velocity and position regulation.
The motor is optionally available with rear end shaft and in autoclavable version. Complementing the motor are Planetary Gearheads, high resolution Encoders, Drive Electronics and Motion Controllers with RS232 and CAN interface.
Due to their high performance and long life, the brushless motors are suited for a variety of applications including medical devices, factory automation and robotics as well as aerospace and aviation.
