Waterra groundwater filters


The Waterra Groundwater Filter (WAT45) offers the most surface area available in disposable capsule type filter today, according to ECO Environmental .

The unique open pleat geometry and 700 square cm surface area provide maximum media exposure while ensuring that even the most turbid samples will not lose filtration media to blinding.

The WAT45 uses high quality polyethersulphone 0.45µ filter media that offers excellent particle retention above the target micron size range. The high void volume of this media also helps prolong media life.

The WAT45 also offers the user greater flexibility over other filters by providing a compound inlet. It has both a 9.5mm (3/8") threaded nipple and a 12.7mm (1/2") hose barb allowing the filter to be attached to a variety of pumps and tubing sizes.
