Texmate ICC400 system

Have you ever imagined a modular programmable control unit, which can match the price of a special purpose OEM control system, but is truly universal?

It is a tall order, but the Texmate ICC400 system comes close to fulfilling these conflicting demands.

The Texmate ICC400 system consists of a CPU device with a wide range of communication options and analogue and digital IO modules to build the system required.

In addition, there is a data logging module with up to 1 gigabyte of memory on SD card, and recording speeds up to 100Hz which can be integrated into the control system.

The HMI can be touch screen, or digital displays with keypads, and outputs can include printers and GSM modems, as well as analogue and digital signals.

Real time clock, PID control, Boolean logic, advanced timers, calculations, operator input data, barcode readers, counters and many other devices can be incorporated in complex programs for complete process and machine control.

Analogue inputs can be of almost any type, via plug in modules of up to 4 channels. Signal types can be mixed.

Networks may be Ethernet with Modbus TCP, RS485 and RS232.

What makes these modules different is their flexibility in functionality, high accuracy fast analogue I/O and low cost. They are designed to be incorporated seamlessly in OEM equipment, eliminating the expense of custom engineering of hardware.
