Now available from ECEFast , the Center 500 temperature graphic printer and data logger can deliver information on a complete history of two temperature channels that can be readily reviewed and signed off in situ.
For long term records, the electrostatic printout would usually need to be photocopied to become permanent. However, with the Center 500 temperature graphic printer and data logger data (32,000 records) is also logged and can be saved and analysed utilising Windows based software on a PC, via a USB port.
Input in these temperature graphic printer and data loggers is from J or K thermocouples - measuring ranges from -200ºC to 137ºC with appropriate probes. The measuring interval is adjustable with all configuration done through the instrument keypad, and there are also special function keys to keep operation straightforward for common functions.
These temperature graphic printers can be operated on standard AA batteries with an expected life of up to 100 hours; a time that can be extended indefinitely using the mains plug pack supplied in the kit.
Thermocouples are highly versatile for temperature measurement as they can be constructed at low cost from insulated wire and standard thermocouple connectors, and are capable of accurate measurements even in inaccessible places.
ECEFast has a 32gauge [0.3mm conductors] Teflon insulated wire in a twisted pair, which can be used to make sensors with tiny thermal mass and fast response, but can also be used from -200ºC to +200ºC in dry or wet locations - at least for test or experimental purposes.
