Ultraflex Flexible Conduit Systems
Ultraflex flexible conduit system is made from spiral reinforced PVC, a co-extrusion of rigid and flexible PVC that combines to make a flexible conduit, which will not delaminate.
Sizes form 6 mm ID to 50 mm ID, in four grades:
- 150 series Black 60˚ C standard
- 154 series Green oil resistant
- 158 series Blue high temperature 105˚ C
- 160 series EHDF smooth bore, smooth exterior
Choosing Ultraflex Flexible Conduit Systems
Flame-retarded, oil resistant and UV stable. Fittings in straight and 90˚ angle fittings of polypropylene. Threads available in ISO metric, PG metric and Gas.
Rhino Non-metallic Liquidtight Conduits
Rhino non-metallic liquidtight conduits, high flexible and proven through the years. Copied but never equalled. Made from c0-extruded PVC, the conduit has a smooth bore, smooth jacket, is very strong and will not delaminate.
Sizes from 16 mm to 50 mm, available in four grades:
- 171 series Grey standard 60˚ C
- 172 series Green oil resistant 80˚ C
- 178 series Orange safety conduit 105˚ C
- 180 series Black, high UV stability 80˚ C
Choosing Rhino Non-metallic Liquidtight Conduits
Rhino conduits are all flame retarded, UV stable and oil resistant. Multipart fittings of Hi Impact PVC in straight and 90˚ angle, with threads in NPT and ISO metric. System is IP67.
CPS Polyamide Conduits
CPS polyamide conduits are halogen-free, LFH, believed to be the most comprehensive conduit system available in the market today. Sizes from 7 mm to 100 mm black, grey, robotic. Ideal for use in tunnels, robotic automation, train, truck and lofit wiring.
Available in many varieties the more common types are:
- PAH series standard Black 105˚ C
- POH series heavy Black 105˚ C
Choosing CPS Polyamide Conduits
Other features: oil and acid resistant, flame-retarded, with full fitting range: straight, 90˚, 45˚ angles, and flanged. ISO metric, PG metric NPT, PG and UNEF threads.
AEMSA Cable Trays
- AEMSA cable tray is highly engineered, with dimensions 100 mm x 40 mm to 60 mm x 100 mm
- Supplied in three metre lengths
- This PVC cable tray is widely used in high corrosion areas, wharfs, water treatment plants, plating rooms, fertiliser plants and steel works
