Amplified miniature pressure sensors


DUFF and Macintosh has released the Honeywell ASDX pressure sensor with a digital output. The output provides higher clarity, better response times and ease of interface with applications.


Fully calibrated and temperature compensated using an onboard ASIC.

The ASDX amplified miniature pressure sensors are based on a combination of MEMS, ASIC and modern packaging technology. They are fully calibrated and temperature compensated using an onboard ASIC. They're intended for use with non-corrosive, non-ionic working fluids, such as air and dry gases. Typical applications include sleep apnoea monitoring and therapy, flow calibrators, ventilation and air flow monitors, gas flow instrumentation and dialysis equipment. Available ASDX products include the ASDX amplified analogue output version and the ASDX-DO digital output version.
