Dueltek Distribution  announces a new range of devices that will allow H.264 HD video and audio content to be streamed from an HDMI source using the existing power lines.

Consisting of a transmitter and receiver, the HD-POWER-LINK enables the user to stream content from an HDMI source such as a Blu-Ray player, Media Centre, Pay TV STB or similar around the home or office using the existing power lines.

The HD-POWER-LINK is a high definition multimedia interface that distributes the HDMI signal up to 100m, eliminating all hassles in running HDMI cables with restricted short distances, or the time spent re-wiring a full HD system, not to mention the costs associated with the installation.

Key features and benefits of HD-POWER-LINK:

  • Eliminates the need to chase cables into brick walls or run cable to multi-level buildings
  • Simple plug in and play device
  • Freedom of watching HD content in up to 5 areas
  • Additional receiver units required for multiple locations (up to 3 additional receivers can be used off 1 transmitting unit)
  • Additional transmitter unit can also be incorporated into the system
  • Add-on transmitters and receivers sold separately
  • Deluxe version can select up to 3 AV sources
