Kilns offered by Dry Air Systems
Dry Air Systems offers kilns whose ventilation is achieved by the use of electric fans. These electric fans have aluminium blades which can be set at a variety of angles. For the electrical motor fans in which two power settings and rotors with the same diameter are used, Incoplan recommends the alternative using inverter technology by which low energy consumption, flexibility and a smaller amount of wear and tear on the motors is allowed.
The kind of heating system used in the kilns depends on the available source of energy such as superheated, hot water or water vapour form.
Heat exchangers are either in stainless steel or in copper piping on the basis of the demand with the fining in aluminium. It is fixed with flanged headers for making connections to the system of plumbing which is outside the system.
The humidification system comprises of a series of piping in stainless steel and nebuliser nozzles of various types which ensure an accurate hygroscopic balance between the inside of the cells and the wood.
The exchange of humid air excluded from inside the cell and its substitute is achieved through aluminium roll-up roof shutters that have a servomotor, which on the basis of demand, can be boosted with the accumulation of special extractors.
