Rochling TroBloc M and F antimicrobial solutions available from Dotmar EPP

Dotmar EPP  have partnered with Rochling Engineering Plastics KG supplier, who have developed the new antimicrobial TroBloc M and F.

Roching TroBloc is a true antimicrobial solution for wall cladding in contamination sensitive environments.
Rochling TroBloc M and F antimicrobial solutions prevent microbes, bacteria, viruses and moulds that come in contact with the surface from proliferating. This antimicrobial effect is achieved without the use of toxins, biocides or antibodies.

TroBloc M works against MRSA. The MRSA (Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus) bacteria have become a big problem in hospitals because of its resistance against different kinds of antibiotics and biocides. Tests performed by Ciba Laboratories Spezialitätenchemie AG, Basel/Switzerland (modified AATCC 100 test method) have verified that TroBloc M exhibits effectiveness against MRSA bacteria.

TroBloc F works against Escherichia Coli. The E.Coli organism has a tendency to move towards the accumulation of nutrients and avoid acids and high concentrations of salts, which could cause damage to the organism. TroBloc F ensures to prevent this process. Tests performed by Ciba Laboratories Spezialitätenchemie AG, Basel/Switzerland (modified AATCC 100 test method) have verified that TroBloc F exhibits effectiveness against E.Coli.

The properties of TroBloc M and F antimicrobial solutions include:

• Antimicrobial effect against MRSA by Trobloc M
• Antimicrobial effect against Escherichia Coli by Trobloc F
• Constant and long-lasting effect caused by non migration of active ingredient
• High chemical resistance
• Scratch resistant
• Dirt repellent and easy to clean
• Can be glued on the reverse side
• Can be bent at 90 º angles for a seamless fit around corners
