Polystone UHMWPE Products

Resistant Plastics
Polystone UHMWPE products are manufactured from the semi crystalline polyethylene (PE) family. Polystone UHMWPE has a minimal molecular weight of 7million which has a positive impact on material performance.

Polystone UHMWPE is available in various grades of material depending on the application requirements. Polystone grades available are:
  • P7000 (A virgin grade white UHMWPE)
  • P7000SR (A black static reduced UHMWPE sheet material)
  • P7000 Ultra (A green filled grade of UHMWPE)

  • Impact Strength: It is virtually unbreakable
  • Light Weight: Easy to handle without special equipment
  • Physiologically Inert: Approved for food applications
  • Electrical Insulation: It is a good insulator
  • Weatherproof: It doesn't absorb water Chemical
  • Resistance: Resists corrosive chemicals (Sulphuric Acid, Caustic Soda)
  • Abrasion Resistance: Rated better than Carbon Steel for sliding abrasion applications
  • Low Co Efficient of Friction: It does not require lubrication
