Stepped SealClamp exhaust clamp

Pre-assembled and supplied with fewer parts, Donaldson ’s Stepped SealClamp exhaust clamp requires less torque than other commercially available exhaust clamps and are arguably the only one in the market that can be fitted with one-wrench installation.

With a reversible threaded nut bar and visual torque indicator, Donaldson’s 360° stepped seal clamp is easy to fit to the desired torque value (~50 ft. lbs).

A groove in the clamp head gives a visual indication to the amount of torque being applied, thus helping to ensure the recommended maximum is not exceeded.

The clamp’s 360° stepped shape improves joint seal by reducing exhaust leaks by more than 65%, compared to other non-gasketed clamp designs, while enhancing resistance to joint separation to nearly twice that of other commercial alternatives.

Conforming tightly to overlapping connections, Donaldson’s Stepped SealClamp is ideal for many overlapping I.D. to O.D. joints, and it reduces flex pipe pinching and exhaust noise.

Constructed from quality materials, the stepped SealClamp is 14-20 lbs lighter than other brands, has a high level of rust resistance, is available in stainless or aluminised steel with aluminum and zinc-plated components, comes with high-strength grade 8 fasteners, and ranges in sizes 2.50 inch (64mm) to 6.00 inch (152mm).
