Donaldson Australasia ’s Diesel Fuel Manager maximises the life and performance of medium- to heavy-duty diesel engines by removing water and other contaminant particles without impeding the flow of diesel to the engine.
The base system uses highly efficient, water-repelling media, and while fully operational can be tailored with optional modular components to suit specific requirements.
The basic system assembly comprises a cast aluminium head, threaded ports (NPT or SAE O-ring; metric available upon request), a fuel filter water separator (available in 2m, 5m, 10m and 30m media) with particle retention >97%, water separation >95% @ 120 Gph, and a see-thru water collection bowl.
Fuel flow rates range from a nominal 456 lph to a maximum 680 lph, while assembly can be mounted on the chassis, frame, or engine. The assembly’s large capacity minimises filter changes, while the design of the basic system ensures filter changes do not require tools and are spill-free.
