Foodpro 2011 will showcase cutting-edge conveyor equipment, developments and technologies from world-leading companies for the food manufacturing industry.
Foodpro 2011 is a major show for the food and beverage processing industry in Australasia.
Innovative conveyor equipment to be exhibited at this year’s Foodpro exhibition will demonstrate industry expertise in providing hygienic, safe and efficient food handling solutions.
Comcater will introduce the Lincoln Impinger 3255 and 3270 conveyor ovens, a premier continuous cook platform for the food manufacturing industry.
Impinger ovens use advanced air impingement technology to enable rapid heating, cooking, baking and crisping of foods whilst locking the moisture in the food to retain product weight and flavour.
Hurll Nu-Way will present the new Aerzemer Maschinenfabrik’s first rotary lobe compressor, the Delta Hybrid at Foodpro this year.
The Delta Hybrid is one of the most innovative products in compression technology combining the best features of rotary lobe blowers and screw compressors to offer a flow range of 110 - 4100 m³/h across 12 machine sizes.
The new Delta Hybrid series has been designed for oil-free compression of air and neutral gases with applications in varied segments such as the food industry. The compressor is also suitable for the pneumatic transport of powders while achieving high energy efficiency and reduction of lifecycle costs.
Foodpro 2011, presented by Diversified Exhibitions Australia will be held at the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre, Darling Harbour from Sunday 10 July to Wednesday 13 July.
