Inspection Microscope
Compact, light weight microscope convenient for inspecting ferrule and fibre end faces directly in the field or the laboratory, thanks to its high magnification. Its body fits comfortable in the hand and permits an easy operation. The push button at the front side operates a battery powered lamp for the integral illumination system.
A special passive protective adapter for Diamond’s hand inspection microscope is available upon request. This accessory can be easily fitted on the operator side of the inspection microscope. When in "closed” position it offers complete eye protection from damaging laser radiations.
Video Inspection Microscope Kit
Diamonds Video Inspection Microscope Kit (VIM) has been designed by packaging the power and performance of a lab unit into an easy to use field inspection tool. This compact, portable and lightweight video microscope features 200x and 400x magnification zoom combined with integrated end face illumination for inspection of all connector types utilizing 2.5 mm or 1.25 mm (PC and APC) ferrules. The VIM is available with three different kits.
