Dioptika Laser Glasses uses 3D Mechanical Design Software for Custom Beam Expanders

Supplier News

Dioptika Laser Glasses  use Zemax and advanced 3D mechanical design software to deliver custom beam expanders to customers with specific requirements. In the past, DiOptika has produced large output lens and mirror based beam expander systems for a variety of industries and applications including medical, safety, industrial and military.

Dioptika Laser Glasses attends to customer requirements from the beginning of the process where initial contact is undertaken by an application engineer where technical requirements can be assessed and established. The Dioptika team will then put together detailed technical specifications to be approved by the customer. Detailed Optical Mechanical drawings are made and can be amended by the customer until they suit their requirements. Once the drawings have been agreed upon they will be signed off and component manufacture can commence. After this, the custom beam expanders are assembled and tested according to the established specifications. The finished product is then thoroughly tested by QC prior to completion.
