DEXION has introduced a new range of unique, high-density, drive-in racking, specifically designed and built for drive-in applications.

The new Deepstor drive-in racking is a purpose built system, employing self-centring rails to automatically position pallets quickly and safely.

Each pallet sits on its own support rails in the Deepstor system, which enables it to provide the space efficiency of block stacking without the need to place pallets on top of each other.

This feature eliminates time-consuming realignment and ensures all occupational health and safety aspects are fully met.

Deepstor is stable, safe and space efficient, providing maximum use of storage volume. Up to 90 percent of total rack volume is available for palletised product storage.

Aisles and cross beams are eliminated by the design of the system, yet access to pallets is quick and easy.

With pallets positioned on the, self-centring, cantilevered rails, the design of the system allows rows to be placed adjacent to each other, thus eliminating the need for many picking aisles.

The low profile, cantilever rails adjust in 50mm increments to maximise space and building utilisation as well as providing greater fork lift truck efficiency.

Deepstor is suitable for high volume storage, using first-in last-out principle and is best suited for use in warehouses that need to store a limited number of different product lines.

The new system is totally flexible with each installation able to be tailored to suit each business' individual handling equipment and operational requirements and provide 'best practice" operations.

It can be configured for access by all standard materials handling equipment, as well as being tailored to individual pallet and load size.

Deepstor is available in modules up to 12 metres high and each system incorporates a range of standard rack protection systems. Dexion 02 9830 5000.
