Prestressing and post-tensioning wedges introduced by Dexam
Dexam has introduced prestressing and post-tensioning of concrete structures and mining products.
In 1978, Dexam started to specialise in the manufacture of quality prestressing and post-tensioning wedges.
With the aid of special purpose machines, the annual output gradually increased to the current level of 4 million units, comprising wedges, swages, and barrels, multi strand anchors up to 91 strand, 400mm diameter, jack-wedges and associated hardware.
Dexam industries are a manufacturer in this field in the southern hemisphere and currently exports to 9 countries.
