Engineering capabilities of flexible PCBs are the following:

Conductor thickness (copper): 0.5oz, 1.0oz, 2.0A (RA or ED copper)
Adhesive: epoxy, acrylic or polyester
Stiffener: Mylar or Kapton
Minimum trace: 0.004”
Minimum space: 0.004”
Minimum hole size: 0.012”
Plating: Tin-lead, nickel, gold
QC spec: IPC-FC-250A
Thickness: 1/2mil, 1 mil, 2mil, 3mil, 5mil (polyimide or polyester)
