GreaseMax chosen for vehicle assembly plant

GreaseMax automatic lubricators, represented in the Asia / Pacific region by Delta Industrial Sales , have been chosen for automatic lubrication of Proton's state of the art vehicle assembly plant at Tanjung Malim, Malaysia.

GreaseMax lubricators are installed throughout Proton plants, including all paint line equipment such as the robotic painters, pictured here.

GreaseMax lubricators provide continuous lubrication with complete reliability and without any need for maintenance or adjustment. They are therefore ideal for robotic equipment which cannot be accessed during operation and which, to meet the needs of high volume manufacturing, must have very high serviceability levels.

Productivity is improved as equipment failures and plant down-time due to lubrication-related bearing failures are avoided with the use of GreaseMax lubricators.

Common lubrication problems overcome by GreaseMax use include the application of incorrect lubricant, excessive addition of lubricant leading to over-heating and contamination, or failure of the lubricant caused by exceeding the effective life of the lubricant.

Maintenance overhead costs are reduced as the labour cost associated with basic maintenance functions such as greasing is avoided and the cost of maintenance due to equipment failure is considerably lessened.

Safety is improved as there is no temptation to manually lubricate bearings close to, or on, moving equipment.
