Automatic lubricator



Constant lubricant supply
GREASEMAX, represented in Australia by Delta Industrial Sales , has released a cost effective and reliable means of lubricating all types of machinery and equipment.

It has no electrical or mechanical components and is activated by screwing down a cap. As it is screwed down it breaks an internal seal to start a chemical reaction, which in turn generates a gas to pressurise the unit. Gas generation is constant over the life of the unit, providing a constant lubricant supply.

With only one moving part (the piston) it can cope with all types of environments and will work in a wide range of applications on most types of equipment, including fixed and mobile plants. It operates well in hot conditions, vibrating conditions, underwater and on feed lines up to 2m in length.

The unit is single-use and when empty is replaced with a new one. Its accuracy and reliability allow it to be incorporated into planned maintenance schedules. Inspection of the unit during operation is unnecessary.
