New tight radius bending and rolling machine from YLM in Taiwan, the latest latest range of multi stack servo-motor controlled CNC mandrel tube bender and rolling machines will not only perform tight radius bends but perform complex large radius rolled sections. Using the latest servo motor technology by Yaskawa Japan, YLM is able to produce a machine that is not only
quiet and cheaper to run than standard hydraulic models but has a
increased bending, feeding and Axis speeds. All this while still keeping
machine accuracy to ± 0.1mm during production giving product repeatability. The machine is fitted with a standard High specification industrial PC using the Windows platform, making the YLM CNC Range one of the best and easiest CNC machines to operate in today’s competitive market place.
