Darren Dickfos Architects  has finished several projects in the interior sector. The projects undertaken by Darren Dickfos Architects in the interior sector include The Gem Hotel, Victoria Point Sharks, Woombye Hotel, Redcliffe Golf Club, Beenleigh Sports Club, Pacific Pines Tavern, Caboolture Golf Club, Maleny Hotel, The Royal Hotel and Icon Bar.

The Gem hotel project was completed in December 2006 and this project involved the total renovation of the existing premises. Natural materials were used in the project and a focus was on maintaining conventional design elements. These things made sure that the Gem was restored to its original charm and beauty.

The Gem hotel project comprises of a big dining area with brand new kitchen, a new front public bar with TAB and a gaming room. Features of this project done by Darren Dickfos Architects include a fish tank, a wood-fired pizza oven and a large viewing panel into the barrel room.

Maintenance of ambiance of a country was very important to the owners when renovations at the Woomby Pub were undertaken. The centre point of any country pub is the public bar and the use of traditional elements and materials has conserved that feeling.

A new bistro and veranda were established in the Woomby Pub which was designed in accordance with the original two storey hotel.
