Cable bolt tensioner

DYWIDAG-Systems International  (DSI) is a manufacturer and supplier of strata reinforcement and support equipment to the underground coal and metalliferous mining sectors.

DYWIDAG-Systems International’s 23.5mm Cable Bolt Tensioner has now been modified for use on 15.2mm cable bolts. This cable bolt tensioner has a load capacity of up to 220kN.

It has a self-locking mechanism for attachment to the bolt - therefore does not need to be supported before the hydraulic jack is activated.

The cable bolt tensioner can be used on bulbed cable and cable sling systems. It has a low maintenance system and weighs 12kgs.
