A specialist manufacturer and supplier of industrial high speed doors, DMF International now offers rapid roll doors with anti crash feature.
DMF believes that all high speed doors in forklift traffic applications are at risk of getting damaged during operations.
Repair costs can vary depending on the severity of the impact, and can range from a simple re-straightening of the bottom bar to complete replacement of the bottom bar system, resulting in high costs and downtime.
DMF’s new range of high speed doors incorporates an anti crash feature that allows the door blade if impacted, to non destructively release from the guides, usually with no damage occurring to the door.
The door blade will automatically re-align into the guides, and the door can be put back into immediate operation, providing peace of mind to management, and keeping operational costs low.
DMF’s rapid roll doors with anti crash feature are not suitable for all applications especially openings exposed to high wind pressure that may cause the door to blow in under gusty conditions.
DMF manufactures its own doors in Sydney, and is also the exclusive agent for the German Efaflex range of specialised high speed doors.
