Diagnostic and refurbishment services offered by Custom Controls

Custom Controls  provides diagnosis and refurbishment services of control valves which are used in various industries. In the control valve service project of Genesis Huntly Power Station, Custom Controls refurbished actuators and installed DVC positioners for nearly 80 control valves and dampers.

Fisher Controls' flow scanner system from Custom Controls is a unique diagnostic tool which detects the condition of control valves accurately, even while in service. Custom Controls also undertakes inspection of relief valve testing and certification for Marine Department.

Various process and analytical instrumentation services are offered by Custom Controls. Contract site maintenance suitable for routine calibration of environmental and process gas analysers is also available from Custom Controls. Process optimisation of any process plant is achieved using ProTuner control loop analyser and flow scanner control valve diagnostic system supplied by Custom Controls.

NZ Refining Company, Methanex, Tasman Pulp and Paper, Shell Todd Oil Services, Genesis - Huntly Power Station, Contact Energy - Te Rapa Co-Generation Power Station, CHH Pulp and Paper, Natural Gas Corporation and Ballance Agri-Nutrients Kapuni are some of the process plants in New Zealand for which Custom Controls provides the service of control loop tuning.
