Hydraulics
Our fully equipped Hydraulic Workshop is designed for the efficient dismantling, assessment, assembly and testing of the range of hydraulic cylinders used in industry today, as well as small to medium sized hydraulic pumps and motors.
For applications where hardchrome is inadequate, or where bronze plating needs to be refurbished, we offer a range of surface treatments applied by utilising laser cladding technology.
This is particularly suited to applications where existing surfaces have been adversely affected by corrosion or wear, and would otherwise be scrapped due to the thickness of coating that is necessary for successful refurbishment.

Machine Shop
Our Machine Shop processes include:
- Large Turning (1 metre swing x 8000mm length bed)
- Deep Hole Drilling (30-150 mm diam, depth 7000mm maximum)
- Deep Hole Boring (30-500mm diam, depth 7000mm maximum)
- CNC Gundrilling (5-30mm diam, depth to 100 x hole diam.)
- Cylinder Honing (to 400mm diam. X 8000 mm stroke)
- Cylindrical Grinding to 3000mm

- CNC CO2 Laser Surfacing (5-Axis)
Laser Shop
Our Laser surface engineering can be used to technically advance new designs or recover used components. Coating or modifying sections of the material surface can tailor component design to cope with a mixture of specific working environments, whilst maintaining the original bulk material properties.
