The RTO endorsement enables Crown to issue nationally accredited qualifications throughout Australia in the areas of:

- Frontline Management
- Workplace Assessor
These courses were selected as being complementary to the existing forklift operator training and licensing programs offered at the Crown Training Centre.
The majority of the above RTO courses are government funded and have been structured to assist in meeting industry needs to reduce the incidence of workplace accidents. Additionally, they have been designed to increase the skill levels of Australian workers and assist in formalizing career paths.
