The RTO endorsement enables Crown to issue nationally accredited qualifications for employee trainings throughout Australia in the areas of:

- Transport Administration
- Road Transport
- Frontline Management
- Workplace Assessments
These courses were selected as being complementary to the existing forklift operator training and licensing programs offered at the Crown Training Centre.
The nationally accredited traineeships run over a 24 month period and can be customised to each individual employee across warehousing and storage, warehousing administrations, frontline management, logistics and transport.
The majority of the above RTO courses are government funded and have been structured to assist in meeting industry needs to reduce the incidence of workplace accidents, increasing warehouse management. Additionally, they have been designed to increase the skill levels of Australian workers and assist in formalizing career paths.
