Moxa's Universal PCI boards feature a wide operating temperature range from 40 to 85ºC. The wide temperature feature and vast selection of models are suitable for rugged and outdoor applications such as power and factory automation.
Input and output devices connected to serial boards are often damaged by ground loop currents as the ground voltages between connected devices are usually different. Moxa's Universal PCI boards come with a 2 KV optical isolation option for high quality data transmission and to protect devices against 2000 volts.
With Moxa's 3-in-1 RS-232/422/485 interface, engineers can now employ one board to easily handle the assortment of legacy serial device communication applications.
Moxa's Universal PCI boards support a range of drivers including Windows 2008, Windows CE 5.0/6.0 and Linux. Moxa's Universal PCI boards have the following features:
