IKS series rackmount Ethernet switches
have released Moxa's new industrial-grade rackmount
Ethernet switches, the IKS series, which are specially designed to run demanding industrial applications. The IKS-6726 series meets a variety of industry standards, including NEMA TS2 for road traffic, EN50155 and EN50121-4 for rail traffic, UL60950-1 for safety, and DNV/GL for marine and offshore use.
These approvals provide adaptability to any severe condition, such as vibration and shock, humidity, extreme temperatures, and EMI/EMC noise. A high degree of industrial reliability is ensured by its totally fan-less design and a wide operating temperature range.
Redundancy is a key factor in achieving high network availability. The proven IKS-6726 establishes network redundancy through Moxa Turbo Ring (recovery time < 20 ms) and redundant power inputs. Perfectly housed in a modular, industrial-grade chassis, the IKS-6726 can be expanded with various media modules, such as RJ45, fiber and SFP ports, for flexible applications.
