Waterjet cutting systems from Cridland Automation

Cridland Automation  specialises in designing and manufacturing a wide range of waterjet cutting systems that are used for cutting sheet metal, stainless and tool steels.

The Sonic X-Y Profiler Cutting Table from Cridland Automation is used for abrasive waterjet cutting. The cutting table includes various features such as offline programming through Sigmanest advanced nesting software and offers material database on speeds and dynamic piercing. The profiler cutting table has a motion control language in standard G and M codes on the X, Y and Z axis and has an automatic low and high pressure start routines for brittle materials. The cutting table has a sheet clamping complete with software recognition.

Additional features of the cutting systems include jib support arms, ball screw, touch screen controller with an on screen path graphics and 3800 bar cutting capacity in 15, 30 or 37 Kilowatts. The cutting table has a fibreglass cover with belt protection for linear bearing servo with emergency stop control integration to remote equipment. The cutting table includes stop, back up and restart function programs and are available in combination machines such as waterjet and plasma cutting systems.
