Numerous Australian and overseas mining operations have validated the efficacy of the FPC Combustion Catalysts. Locally, several BHP Billiton sites have validated diesel efficiencies in trials involving their Operating Excellence and /or Continuous Improvement Groups. These trials have involved large rear dump and coal hauler equipment.

The FTC/FPC Combustion Catalysts produce diesel fuel efficiency and Greenhouse Gas reductions of 5-8% in mining, road transport and railroad applications. The product has been proven by numerous independent testing authorities (including Southwest Research Institute, Texas, University of WA, UCLA and Brigham Young University) and validated by large mining companies in operational trials.

Other environmental and safety benefits include strong reductions in diesel particulate matter. Exhaust particulate reductions average 35% across our data base.
