The Barossa Olive Oil Company has won gold in the Carter Holt Harvey Packaging Aesthetic Style Award at the 2005 Packaging Awards for its entry Ollo Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

All facets of design craft combine to create a truly masterful execution. The initial selection of this bottle shape and its subsequent enhancement by skillful colour and design decisions exhibits great skill and discernment.
The graphic design is exceptionally well-executed.
Colour selection, font, panels and illustration style all contribute to the final effect.
Superlative printing has further enhanced the striking ‘woodcut’ style illustration.
A flexographic ceramic decal makes a beautiful design even more beautiful, by intensifying colour, adding superior sheen, and giving a rich, textural dimension and feel to the graphic detail.
