USING the latest technology from Cormack’s licensing with Kerr Group Inc. in the USA, the closure gives a superior performing product for both glass and PET applications that have the universal 28mm Pilfer Proof neck finish.
The TECR is primarily targeted at pharmaceutical companies who require child safety and product integrity from the closures they use, but can also be used by other manufacturers wishing to incorporate external tamper evidence into their child resistant packs.
The high quality, three-piece polypropylene closure is compatible with most formulations and requires minimal down-force for removal, ideal for medications for seniors while offering effective child resistance.
Pictorial instructions on the top of the closure means the directions can be both easier for seniors to distinguish, and understood in a universal language for export markets.
Cormack’s TECR is being produced in their ISO 9001:2000 qualified Sydney manufacturing plant.
The closure is 100% Quality Control inspected utilising on-line video inspection of assembly and liner.
The TECR is available either linerless or unlined depending on application, in white outer cap with a green TE band, or for large volumes, custom colours are available upon request.
Full technical advice and support service is available Australia-wide through Cormack’s in-house technologists.
Cospak International Pty Limited have been appointed sole distributors of the 28mm PP TECR in conjunction with their Alpha bottle range.
