Cormack’s Child Resistant closures are suited to Pharmaceutical packaging, household cleaning, Healthcare, chemical packaging, and cosmetic packaging.

Cormack also offers Tamper evident options and use on a variety of plastic or glass bottles.

Standard Child Resistant cap sizes include
  • 20mm
  • 24mm
  • 28mm
  • 33mm
  • 38mm
  • and the European 28PP neck finish.
Cormack also offers a range of closures for beverage packaging and food packaging, including tamper evident options.

Differentiating Features of Cormack's CR3 Child Resistant Closures
  • A unique, circular child resistant system with 12 engaging drive ramps - 4 times more than many competitors.
  • The 12 drives means that that minimal force is needed to remove or replace the cap. Other caps require considerable downward pressure on the closure before it becomes child resistant
  • For older people whose hands might be disabled with arthritis or other degenerative joint disease, the less pressure required to close the bottle the better
  • Cormack’s child resistant closures do not have a clicking back ratchet mechanism that could attract children to "fiddle" with the cap to produce the clicking sound, which can cause accidental opening.
  • The Child-resistance is proven by independent panel testing to Australian Standard AS1928-1982 and complies with both the new TGO-80 guidelines and have full FDA approvals for the export market
